We intend for our web site to allow easy access to our CVs/ resumes and the other information that you would like to see prior to considering us for a position on your large yacht. I hope you find it useful.

We are an experienced, stable couple who have a demonstrated ability to manage the complex task of building, setting up and running a large yacht. We have chartered successfully and provided a safe, fun environment for Owners, Charterers and their guests. We have demonstrated good repeat business, and great references.

We have recently come to the end of a major refit on m/y Shandor, the 50m Schweers expedition yacht formerly named Griff, Louisiana and Margeaux Rose and are now looking for the next opportunity.
